Payment

My Etsy on-line shop www.etsy.com/people/anniecracknell uses PayPal and is very secure. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this facility, most major credit or debit cards are accepted. I can also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me before returning any item. You will receive a full refund (excluding postage costs) within 14 days of receipt of the item, providing it is unworn and in its original packaging. All items must be returned via a fully insured delivery service. I (Annie Cracknell) am not responsible for the delivery costs of returned items or for lost or damaged items whilst in transit. Please note that all commissioned items are non-returnable.

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me before returning any item for an exchange. Should the item you are exchanging to have a different value than the returned item, you will be sent an invoice for the additional amount or refunded the difference (via PayPal if purchased on-line). Any difference must be paid for before the exchanged item is dispatched. All items must be returned via a fully insured delivery service. I (Annie Cracknell) am not responsible for the delivery cost of returned items or for lost or damaged items being returned for exchange whilst in transit.

Delivery

 When your order has been received you will receive an email to advise you on the estimated delivery date. If the piece is in stock you should receive it within 5 working days. Please note that certain pieces are made to order and delivery may take up to 2 weeks. If you have an urgent order then please notify me at time of purchase, and I will do my best to ensure you have the piece for the date you need.

Guarantee

 All items are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. Although the gemstones I use are generally hardwearing, they are not indestructible. It is therefore sensible to remove stone set rings during sports or any form of manual work. A heavy knock can break even a diamond or damage a setting.

Postage and packaging

All jewellery is packaged in lovely navy blue leatherette boxes lined with navy blue velvet and satin. The boxes are then carefully packaged to ensure the box and its contents are not damaged during transit. Within the UK, most items are sent using royal mail special delivery to ensure speedy and secure delivery.
